Host information

SUITE N 38 is located in the center of the ancient village of Campagnano, whose origins date back to pre-Etruscan era; rich in medieval and Renaissance archaeological and architectural elements. Campagnano is the penultimate stage of the well-beaten Via Francigena, a pilgrimage route religious which originated in medieval times and which unites the Cathedral of Canterbury, in England, with the Vatican basilica, in Rome. Located within the Vejo Natural Park and covered by the Due Laghi Regional Park. Immersed in unspoiled nature which features often rare and protected plant and animal species. From the garden you can gaze out over the Valle del Baccano, a landscape with gentle shapes and rich in many shades of color and vegetation. Inside the walls, in the center of the picturesque medieval village, the Cathedral stands out, rebuilt on millenary foundations in the 13th century and recently masterfully restored. In the center of the town, in medieval times a feud of the Orsini family, there are several palaces and fountains of architectural, historical and artistic interest. Campagnano is the ideal base for discovering Tuscia, with many beautiful villages that can be reached in a short time and spectacular natural locations.
